Project details
I will design the architectural concept of your house, based on your spatial and functional needs. My style is based on a sustainable architecture and the optimization of spaces, where people can develop freely inside and outside of the house. For me, the connection of the house with the surrounding environment is very important to generate a connection between people and the outside, but respecting the privacy of users. I will start by zoning the spaces on your land, taking into account the environmental needs of the place. I will design each space necessary for its operation and spatial distribution. I will generate schematic plants, cuts and facades to make a 3d model and have a first idea of the house. We will discuss the design with you and I will change what you want to start making the plans and the 3d model in detail. At the end of the work I will give you the architectural plans of the house with plants, cuts and facades in addition to the schematic 3d model in SketchUp and the detailed 3d model in Revit. I will also give you photo-realistic exterior and interior renderings of the house as well as a video-render of the house.
