Welcome to my interior design packages. I am a licensed and multi-talented architect with a track record of 500+ successful projects in the past 7 years.
Of all design aspects, I give keen attention to detail in interior design. It’s the simple little things and their interaction with each other that make a great interior space; functional, economical, beautiful, and meaningful.
Requirements:
• Please fill out the project-brief form that I will send when you contact me
• Location (preferably on Google maps) to check for climate, sun orientation, and dynamics
• Pictures and dimensions of the existing conditions
• Mood board
My workflow is strictly computer-aided, virtually I can accept and deliver to any format or platform. but my personal software pipeline looks like this:
AutoCAD/Hand Sketch >>> Revit + Dynamo >>> 3DsMax + Vray >>> Sketch up + Lumion + Twin motion >>> Photoshop + InDesign >>> Illustrator + Animate >>> After effects + Premiere
For a better outcome, I advise my clients to contact me before ordering.

21329 Azure House Drawings Revision and BIM with HSB
Freelancer disappeared. Did great work but didn't finish and stopped communicating. Let me be clear. This is a great freelancer and we've done several projects together which turned out well. Deadlines have always been an issue but it got done in the end. This time he has simply not communicated for weeks and did not finish all the work needed, though did get most of it done. Though for a set of approval drawings, its frustrating to trip at the finish line and have to deal with the fallout from my customers on why we haven't submitted. He was paid out for the work, the whole project. So I paid 100% percent and he delivered 90%. I would encourage anyone to use this freelancer assuming he can work through the whole project. Skill and Quality are higher than most. Communication and Schedule is not something to count on.
