He did not do the assignment proper. I have given the assignment briefing prior and he should have clarified upon receipt if he has not been cleared what was required from him. then he updated me that he has completed the work and just provide an excel sheet w/o the source/information.
He even said as per discussion, nothing was discussed. Most prolly he confused it with another job. After he claim it was done, I have corrected him abt the missing information and the assignment requirements.He went silent after that.
