This is Shahid , with Bachelors in Civil Engineering having expertise in construction cost estimation/quantity surveying and material take-off. I have an experience of 9+ years in this technical domain with diverse experience of dealing with commercial, residential, high-rise, industrial, infrastructure and heavy civil construction projects.
Currently I am working remotely as a Quantity Surveyor for many firms mostly from USA, UK, Middle East. My clients are mostly Client, General contractors, or any single trade contractor.
You just need to provide me with PDF/CAD drawings and blueprints plus all the important documentation (addendums) related to a particular project and I will provide you with on-screen take-off and a detailed estimate sheet. The detailed estimate sheet will include all the items quantified in order as per USA Projects - CSI Divisions UK Projects - SMM7 , NRM Australian Projects - ASMM6 Middle East Projects - POMI or as per the client required formats.
