One of my definitions of good design is:
Good design,
it should be both familiar and unfamiliar,
dynamic, diverse, varied,
but sustainable consistant,
yet hard predict the next time,
fun to explore,
but impossible to control,
and every time
it's like a surprise.
There is an inner "tension",
which is both "life force",
And it is a "spontaneous" "naturally"
That's a kind of "The Force".
But it is always full of "freshness",
without the constraints of time, space, and perspective,
so it is a real eternal.

(For the payment, per project based flat fixed rate and hourly rate both work for me, but prefer a flat fee for each project, for long-term ongoing basis can be weekly flat rate or biweekly/monthly rate, and can use hourly rate as a supplement when necessary, like when need extra adjustment etc.)
