Mr. Gülseren, who has been working as a mechanical engineer in in Turkish Cabinet Interior (TCI) for 7 years, began his career in the structural design department for 1 year. After the studies on the certification of the interior structural designs in the structural design department, he transferred to the system department (ventilation water and cooling systems). At the end of one year in the system department, he
was promoted to senior engineer and remained in the system department for three years. Later, as he requested assistance in the stress department, he transferred there and worked for a year during the test and certification process. Than he moved to the Production Development department.
