You will receive the following:
1. Quantity/Material Takeoff Sheet (MTO): a list of materials with quantities and types required to build a structure.
2. Bill of Quantities (BOQ): a detailed statement of work, prices, and dimensions, required to build a structure.
3. Bar Bending Schedule: a detailed list that describes the type, size, length, number, and bending details of each rebar in a Reinforcement Drawing of a Structure.
I will include detailed scope notes for each project to assist you, and present the files in an easy-to-read layout.
File formats will include: (a) Automated Microsoft Excel sheets, (b) PDF documents, and (c) JPG images.
