Hello! This is Pawani, with Bachelors in Quantity Surveying having expertise in construction cost estimation/quantity surveying and material take-off. I have an experience of 6+ years in this technical domain with diverse experience of dealing with commercial, residential, high-rise, industrial, infrastructure and heavy civil construction projects. Currently I am working remotely as a Cost Estimation Engineer for many firms mostly from Dubai, KSA, USA, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
You just need to provide me with PDF/CAD drawings and blueprints plus all the important documentation (addendums) related to a particular project and I will provide you with on-screen take-off and a detailed estimate sheet. I use following software for detailed cost estimation of a particular project:

2- Bluebeam Revu
3- MS Excel
The detailed estimate sheet will include all the items quantified in order as per
