I can take off structural (Concrete, Waterproofing, Brick/blockwork, piles, etc..), Architectural ( Claddings, external finishes, Paintings, Stones, etc), Interior Fit-outs (Gypsum ceilings, Tiles and marbles, wallpaper, kitchen, and total work finishes, etc...) able to quantify using PlanSwift, Bluebeam & AutoCad.
