I will manually redraw and convert your low-res raster file into a high-res vector file using Adobe Illustrator CC. With over 11-years of graphic design and vector tracing experience, I can recreate your old raster images into any vector web or print ready format (e.g. AI, PDF, SVG, EPS or CDR). I will make color changes in vectorized files if needed. I will also deliver a high-resolution raster image for print along with source files.
