I have almost 10 years experience of in vector tracing. In my experiences, I have traced logos, machines, products, jewelry designs, landscapes, characters, anime, stickers, icons...
My method is manual tracing for accuracy and amazing results. I use adobe illustrator for tracing. I also use Inkscape and Corel draw.
Formats I can provide are,
VECTORs: Ai, SVG, EPS, PDF.
RASTERs: JPEG, PNG.
