Real Estate Photo Processor
Vu is actually managing a team. Which is fine, if he's managing them well and the quality doesn't suffer. Unfortunately, our relationship with Vu did not meet expectations and we feel as if we've been overbilled for poor quality work.

Real Estate Video Editor
Tran is an experienced editor and helped me out a lot with my project. I am looking for a very high-level editor and wanted to use adobe team projects but for the rate of Tran, I accepted him using the final cut and editing the video himself. In the end, he didn't edit the video to the quality I was hoping for and therefore I chose to end the contract early and proceed with another candidate.
