The bad: During our initial discussion we indicated that knowledge of git was required, but ending up having to assist with basic git branch and pull request steps.

The ugly: We specified that we were looking for an associated to work on this project longer term, Ian resigned after 2 weeks.

Wish it worked out, unfortunately our experience was negative on this one.
