He delivered high quality work and was very cooperative and patient answering all our questions. The only hick-ups we had were when Faizan had connectivity issues, so we needed to be more flexible and reschedule meetings. Faizan was perfectly able to implement whatever idea we had, though next time we will be clearer about the "why" behind ideas, so he can easily suggest potential better solutions thanks to his expertise.
