I’m a passionately curious data analyst, a quick learner, a strategic thinker, a problem-solver. Half data / half business by design, I specialise in translating organisational needs into practical data solutions to answer real-life questions.
Before going freelance I spent the 7 years in corporate roles, exploring, analysing, visualising data, and deriving insights from it to inform and enable business strategies. Throughout my career I have developed a unique blend of technical and business expertise, of data skills and financial proficiency; when combined with off the charts reasoning skills and a continuous improvement mindset, my experience makes me a great asset to any organisation.
In my latest role I got to build a team of data analysts from scratch. I hired them, trained and mentored them. We went on what felt like an incredible journey together, but I quickly realised I was in the wrong job. Managing the team had taken over my whole life, and I was no longer an analyst. Guiding the team was rewarding in its own way, but admittedly I was jealous of them for getting to do the actual work. That's where the real fun lies!
So I left that job and took the opportunity of being unemployed to leave New Zealand and relocate to France (my home country). For a few months I've been consulting part-time for a small local business, and now I'm ready to fill my schedule back up.
Therefore I'm available 2 to 3 days a week, preferrably for short-term projects (no longer than 3 months).

Project Definition
We will take 30 minutes to an hour to go over your requirements. This is also to: 1) Ensure we are on the same page 2) Reach a common understanding of the data 3) Create an opportunity to ask each other questions
Data sources and connectivity
I will need to determine where the data is sourced from and how we connect to it. If your purchase includes data connectivity, then you likely need your report to automatically refresh. I will need access to your environment to set that up.
