Webflow Developer for a new Website - Figma to Relume SIte-Builder
I hired Alexandru for a project estimated at 40 hours, with a clear agreement to complete it within 4 weeks. After 3 weeks, however, he had only put in 4 hours of work. Despite following up with him almost daily for updates, Alexandru consistently missed deadlines and provided nothing but empty promises about what he would accomplish that day or the next.
I gave him everything he needed to succeed - assets, a detailed roadmap, and thorough documentation prepared by my team - yet he still failed to deliver. His lack of commitment and follow-through caused significant delays and frustration.
I cannot recommend working with Alexandru. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere if you're looking for reliability and someone who honors deadlines.
