When the clients are using the Automatic Teller Machine, of course lot of issues are being occurred. My job was answer their calls, talk with them, analyze the issue, find the solution and give the solution. The service period was 24 hours and I was the shift leader of 10 people. Because of our service, the bank won a great award for the best ATM support service. I have worked two years in the similar capacity then joined another organization as a Head of Technical Department. In that company, the main job role was also customer service. The company sells GIS products, my job was handling my team with customer service. I had the hotline which should be active 24 hours. The company got more positive feedback on customer service while I'm serving. Now I am a freelancer who could serve at anytime, anywhere online.
