Drupal Commerce 2.0+ Website + AngularJS - No Payment Processing Hoa Dan is a very skilled Drupal programmer, however the other parts of his character are lacking. He cannot stick to a deadline nor an agreement. You have to be very very specific with him or he will try to weasel around agreements to make you pay more. Although he could finish the work it seems to me he choses not to and because he can't understand that you can't keep giving him more time. Sorry but not a good experience for me.
