Lead Wordpress Developer with good OOP / CMB2 integration skills. Theme development support. This was by far the worst experience I had in Upwork. I've tried to give him a detailed development project overview in a two pages document. He did NOT do anything as instructed, I was looking for someone that has in-depth knowledge of CMB2, I've given the documentation, asked him to read it, and to tell me if he finds it doable if he has alternatives to do the things we need. He just said yes to everything, and then later I found out that half of the things we need are not doable, not to mention that he didn't mention that a critical approach we instructed them to take was just overwritten and led to hours of debugging on our end.
