I am a seasoned IT professional working at C level capacity for over 20 years. Using a hands-on approach, my extensive management and technical experience has led to the development and implementation of many large enterprise applications.

During the course of my career, I have acted in an independent consultancy role and most recently in executive management. As a former business owner, I uniquely understand the relationship between business goals and the proper use of technology to achieve those goals.

I have extensive knowledge of contact center operations, on-prem and cloud based (CCaaS) contact center telephony platforms and have developed numerous reporting platforms to gain greater management visibility into contact center productivity.

Core competencies include Cisco UCC/UCCX, Five9, Amazon Connect, Avaya, NICE/inContact, Twilio along with CRM and CS products such as ZenDesk, Hubspot and Salesforce.

Other competencies include MS SQL/T-SQL, Oracle, .Net, AWS, Azure, Saas, CCaaS, MS Office/Teams/Visio and PCI/PA-DSS.

I possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to allow effective transfer of ideas at both the technical and non-technical levels.
