Depends on the scope of the project. Hourly is generally favoured when scope is not well defined. Opting for hourly contracting provides more granular control over the project, leading to increased efficiency and optimal outcomes.

🟧 FAQ: TESTING THE WEBSITE (Bugs troubleshooting)
No build comes without bugs, especially if deadlines are too close. Often are very easy fixes, that for us (developers) are hard to spot. Sometimes depends on cross-compatibility renderings.
Is it possible to use tools for this (eg. Browserstack) but those are expensive tools for small projects. I test IOS and Safari rendering on the XCode tool provided by Apple.
I offer a beta-testing period and a markup tool is used to pin bugs every time are found.

🟧 FAQ: What is your English level and tech tools?
I use the English language daily. I've been based in the UK for 3 years, lived in Spain for 8 years. My partner is foreigner. Expect a very high proficiency with the language, good microphone setting, high level tech (M3 Macbook, Webcam, Mic, fast internet etc).
