Mavia is the Managing Director at 4Slash, before working on his venture in 2012; Mavia acquired a taste for adventure just after completing high school. What followed was a youthful summer of rigorous chores at an event management company, job as an assistant accountant, IT assistant, designer and a teacher. He graduated from University of Karachi in 2009 with a major in Commerce and Finance. Lust of knowledge and curiosity in the field of IT software development and graphic designing took him to various educational institutes and seminars.

Mavia started his dream project in 2012; He founded 4Slash, which is a Fusion of data, design & technology & results-driven Marketing Communications Services Company. It integrates technology with critical agendas to drive strategic business outcomes.

Mavia’s interest in user experience, service design & user centred design has helped him form a new way of thinking across his agency & has helped innovate clients over the years. Mavia has a true passion for mentoring & leading his growing team towards constantly learning new technologies & innovative ways of working. This was the basis for setting up 4Slash Kickstart program which is used to develop outstanding talent within the agency and for his team to become skilled in numerous disciplines. Mavia also serves as the Chapter Administrator at EO Karachi, where he has been awarded for the best administrator. He is also the co-founder & tech director at Sycuro, Cnerr, Ziprelay & Gamban

He is the Founding member of International Youth Council Karachi Chapter and serves on IYC Global Board as IT Officer.
