They are very open to hearing suggestions from their clients and make good efforts to meet them. My project was much larger in scope and involved many changes over several weeks, but I was always able to get an answer back within 24 hours of asking questions.

We have worked together several times and have never had a problem. In fact, we have continued to work together on new versions of the mobile app platform.
