I would recommend establishing communication expectations at the onset of the contract. I personally like to know how much time something is going to take and how much it will cost up front and take partial responsibility for not asking and specifying this at the onset. Once I communicated this, Nirmla was happy to provide this information. She was very pleasant and friendly to deal with.
