Amazing Flutter Mobile Developer!! Wooot! YOU ROCK!
Ahsen did a great job getting our prototype into production and into beta.
Pros: Consistent delivery and ongoing upgrades. A very competent developer who was able to implement exactly what we needed. Very good with Flutter. Worked great with Figma designs.
Cons: Hardly used the project management system I put in place to try and track milestones and tasks. Many employers may not care about this detail.
I've hired every imaginable resource on Upwork, and mobile developers are the most esoteric to work with. Knowing if they are doing the job well with only the front-end to review is a challenge. There's no easy solution if you're not a code monkey, but I think the best approach for any apps (outside of some games) is to hire two separate developers, one for the front-end Flutter/React and the other for a back-end API that serves the app. This way, they can work together to drive the best technologies and implementation. This would be the perfect approach to working with Ahsen, IMO.
