Implement Reconciliation automation with user feedback approach
Although we had a long relationship with this company the specific engineer on this project failed. We have muttually agreed to end this project o that i can restructure it and look for other candidates. The comapny did not managed the engineer closely, however they took responsability at least in part for the project failure. Thus I see that as positive aspect of this project.

Extended Technical and Customer Support For Mentally.ai - Weekly Billing -Italian Market -$2k/month
The contractor hired by intetics has presented immediately several challenges:
1- give impression that lacked motivation
2- not focused or at least not informed about the work gave impression he was doing this kind of part time
3- No interest shown in any form of SLA , we had urgent customer requests addressed after 12-14 days.
4- Showed insubordination and disrespect at meetings with us
5-was not prepared when we had weekly reviews or weekly meetings with customers.
6- He showed some improvements over time but ended up developing competencies around a restricted number of functions. As a result he still needed lot of support from others to perform.
7- Overall he did not drastically change the cost on engineering and the quality of the service to Customer.
