With your new custom scheduling system, you will always know the best time to meet with your team. You will have access to a dashboard to see when the most people will be able to participate and any other data that might be interesting to schedule your meetings or other events.
As a web platform, google sheets can be accessed through the web by everyone in your group and protected from unwanted modifications or reading. I can build it to your specific needs, such as:
- custom or even dynamic time interval options;
- highlighting required participants;
- multiple dashboards for separated teams;
- scripted automatic setup of new teammates;
- sending emails to teammates who still need to fill in their info;
- getting the data from separated files or platforms;
- using your brand's color palette.
Working and studying with spreadsheets since 2015, I have accumulated a lot of experience with advanced formulas and scripts. My design choices prioritize user-friendliness and reliability, looking friendly and readable even on some dark mode browsers (I suggest Dark Reader for Chrome and Firefox).
