Expert Developer Needed To Complete A PHP Website
This freelancer was hired again for the second time, and for the second time he has been a disappointment 😞 to me. He has been doing this job since November and the second milestone has not even been touched. Every 15 days he comes back with a heartwarming apology describing his new illness and at my expense I cannot get this work done. I'm tired of being used for his convenience. He's a talented guy but laziness or taking on too much work and taking advantage of my kindness.
