I booked a 30 minute consultancy talk with Sohaib, which my first experience with him. While I can't say anything about his quality of work, skills or cooperation (since we haven't actually worked together yet), what I CAN say after such a short time is that he is very friendly, respectful, speaks excellent English and that he doesn't push for getting the job. He seems honest, he seem to know his stuff and he proposed different approaches to solving my problem. After extending the allotted 30 minutes to 45 without extra charge, he provided me with a meeting report that included what we talked about. I'm considering taking Sohaib's offer.

I spent nearly 18 months just trying to find someone who could do this task. It is massively complex.
I must have dealt with near 200 freelancers. Most full of hot air with inadequate skills who become non-responsive rather quickly. Some dragged it out a little longer until I had to move on. It was a frustrating, anxiety inducing time for me. Until I finally found someone who could seemingly do the task. 6 months later and this freelancer had not only gone AWOL after months of excuses which I had no choice but to tolerate as it had taken me ages to find him. But in the end he left me not only with an incomplete system, but with so many flaws it pains me to even write about it.
I then tried to find someone to takeover.. That was even more difficult than finding the first guy! I had lost all hope!
Then along came Sohaib! It took him just 1 week to complete the core of the task and make the system work as designed! He has then spent the last 2 months working with me, outside of this contract, on an hourly basis, converting the system into a functional and user friendly dream. This will help my business no end and mean I no longer have to live the nightmare described above.
I hope to have a long relationship with Sohaib, who is not only mega talented, but has also taught me a lot of lessons about coding and server management. He is patient and diligent. He actually cares about quality and works and works until he meets a high standard.
But please do not use up all his time, otherwise he will not be available for me to hire!!!
