The Web Team Project
This tech has been with me from when he was young, He slowly became better over time. But he had a tendency to jump into a task too quickly before reading my requirements which ultimately resulted in at least one 'redo'. I have many techs now and over the years and this tech has been up towards the top few in skills. I have tried so much over the years to get him to be a bit more attentive to requirements, check his work and be more reliable with his commitments. It saddens me to let him go but I am way too busy to have to continually go back over his work. Overall, I would still recommend him for your work but you must take extra care to make your requirements as clear as you can. I wish him luck.
