BugId, Bug Title, Bug Description, Steps to Reproduce, Actual Results, Expected Results, Attachments if needed

2- You Page will be tested against Chrome, Firefox Windows 7, Chrome Android 8.1.0

3- The Bugs can be reported using google sheets or Trello it's your option :)
