Gather requirements

I will need some basic login details: your WordPress login details, the login details of your old hosting provider, and the credentials for your new hosting provider. Credentials like FTP login details and cPanel information will be helpful, too.

cPanel configuration

I will configure your new hosting provider environment (with cPanel) to be the same that your old hosting provider. In the Advanced plan, if you have a VPS I will install PHP, MySQL, and Redis to your server (no cPanel).
