Development of Website and Portals for Online Student Test Papers

I would like to cancel the contract. As per agreement, the contract would be cancelled by either party if the project was not delayed or not delivered on time.
I am cancelling because of 2 main reasons:
1. I was promised that your Project manager Jaspreet would daily update me about the project status. I have not heard even once from Jaspreet. As you are aware, I requested status several times and in last meeting, I had made it clear that the work completed was less than 10% and still Jaspreet did not update me anything.
I will be facing Financial loss if I continue with this project.
2. 2nd reason to cancel the project is the WRONG advice your developer gave me and made me buy Amazon Elastic CLoud Compute. As you are aware, in last 2 months, the whole AWS purchase has cost me $AUD 1905 AUD $325 (See attached receipts for the Months of November 2024 and December 2024).
Before I started project with you, I was only using AWS Lightsail and it costed me only $55 AUD per month (See attached receipt)
AWS has refused me any refunds also.
We have not only faced no delivery of project but also a financial loss of around $2250 AUD. In addition to this, I have also paid you advance of $400 AUD. In addition to this, I spent almost 45 Thousand on my 5 day trip to Chandigardh to assist you guys with the support of the project.
