Website: Clean out backend files and Restart from fresh and load new theme
Overall the project was fully completed and I am satisfied with the results. I did appreciate the patience as we moved through the steps. There was a sense of disconnection between what the project was and the initial person I discussed the project with and the person who actually communicated with me during the project. This produced unnecessary steps and I was having to checking on status repeatedly, which was a little disappointing and delayed the project slightly.

PHP Core System - Change Layout
At the Beginning i was very very Happy and Satisfied with the Freelancer, but on second Job it was very Chaotic, he was not responsive and he didnt finished the job finally.
If he work like on first Job then i can recommend, if he works like on second job then i cant recommend.
Quality of Code:
- First Job was perfect, i really liked it
- Second Job i dont understand what he tried to do, a lot of code is twice and makes no sense
I asked for a Explanation on second Job but he didnt answered so i think i firced to delete the second job and restart.
If he work like on first Job then i can recommend, if he works like on second job then i cant recommend.
