We worked with Shwetank on this contract for many months and it was a great experience, He's truly a gifted automation tester!
I've been using upwork for over a decade and honestly the riskiest thing is hiring testers, The difference between what people say they are and what they truly are is normally disappointing. With Shwetank we had such a positive experience, He is an incredibly talented automation tester who picked things up quickly and has consistently delivered high quality work. He was very collaborative with our Testing Manager and communicated clearly with everyone in the team. He knew good patterns and methods and we didn't have to coach him on anything which made things alot easier.
He built a playwright automation stack for our web application and I can highly recommend him for this but know his skill set is wider and would say to give him a shot if your reading this as good, trustable testers like this are rare. We have only ended the contract as it's a fixed term engagement and our project is completed. Thank you again Shwetank
