I will add Cloudflare with a proper configuration to cache most of your site on their servers, even on their free tier, and have a quick load speed. No plugin.
I will reduce the number of requests made and especially the number of third-party requests, which slow down the site a lot, and lastly, fix some issues that may be slowing down the website and optimizing the images.
Obviously, this is just a brief.
Every website is different and has different issues and needs.
