Re Hire for Website

Kajabi Web Builder Needed - I need someone to finish off my Kajabi project, ready to launch!
In 10 years of working with freelancers, this is my worst experience.
Alice was extremely polite in the beginning, but her attitude quickly changed as we asked for the work she had completed. After a lot of wasted time, Alice has not submitted work for web, mobile - she has zero regard for the project or client.
Alice poses as someone skilled as an "expert" in web-designer and build, and a "Kajabi Guru".
Unfortunately not only could she not follow simple instructions, on very specific tasks, but we quickly realised she has zero Kajabi experience, and very little, if any, web-build design.
Every task was a problem for her, and we tried to help her several times: Twice, a complete novice was able to figure out tasks she told us were not possible with the web build software.
It has led to delays, and complete frustration.
From my side, I hired a person who came recommended, but what I think we received was either a lesser skilled person working under an agency umbrella, or perhaps Alice herself lied on her CV/profile.
We are extremely disappointed with no result in the work done, and had to re-start the project with another freelancer.
