I believe that the willingness was there to succeed in the task but, unfortunately, the commitment and the responsiveness was not.
This lead to a lost week which set us back and so it was decided to terminate the contract and find someone who is more available.
I think the timing was bad for Emmanuel due to a wedding and maybe family matters but he should not have accepted the work if he wasn't available and able to complete in the time.
Terminated with regret - he's a nice guy but we have tasks to complete and cannot wait for someone who is unavailable when they said they were!
