You would get a responsive, dynamic website. You can change the content easily without the help of others. You don't need any coding skills to make changes in the future. I would teach you how to edit the content. I would be using a Premium drag and drop builder. Your website would have a Contact Form for clients to reach to you. It would also have Social Media integration and Email Optin Modules. It would be a clean, easy to navigate, and beautiful website.

Wordpress Site Plugins, Fixes & Support
Worked with him before, but this time was a bad experience. Sarcastic, no respect for deadlines, argumentative, trying to get milestones released before work finished, MIA for long periods of time, absolutely no regard for timezone differences or schedules agreed, refusal to be available or respond in a timely manner, doing things then playing the blame game, saying he'll do something then getting frustrated when it's not quite right and has to be fixed, not enough knowledge of implementation and doesn't like to read small print or details, having to be told things multiple times.
Outright ignoring answering things he doesn't want to - while often cutting communication without finishing conversations. I had to end up reaching Upwork client support for them to email him to ask him to get in touch! 10 hours later when he did he claimed he had a death in family - while asking for the latest incomplete milestone to be paid in full. Last straw - I have canceled the contract.
Only the basics were done, we don't have a finished product and now I have to hire someone new to work on it and start - meaning we are 1 week behind schedule which is causing a cascade of other issues and impacts.
He clearly had more important things to do than our work - and it showed in every encounter.
