The team member of Avadhesh that we have been working with is generally very well skilled as regards the configuration of plugins and addons to those plugins. Also the alignment of plugins with the website design is from a technical point view very well done. For our website, the work was at times quite complicated. Avadhesh' team member managed very well to get that done (to build a site-wide CSS and other site-wide theme elements).
After a very successful first stage of the project (leading to renewal of the entire website, maintaining all existing content and adding a BuddyBoss community platform with Learndash masterclasses plus a few other major plugins), the second stage went at a clearly lower speed of working. We needed to repeat feedback for each subsequent plugin over again.
Eventually, unfortunately, the renewed website has structurally lost some 22% of average daily page visits, and we have not been able to recover from that. Two months after go-live, that is somewhat disappointing (instead, we had expected a substantial increase of page visits given the renewed website-technology and what experts had told us beforehand).
Unfortunately, SynapseIndia website quality and performance team was unable to propose adequate remedies to make up for it: at first, their advice was to split the site (into a multisite setup) and when we wanted to initiate this, their advice was effectively that a multi-site setup was to be discouraged (bad for SEO etc.).
