Full design and control panel access I see a true Scammer here. He persuaded us to enter into an agreement but he changed immediately we funded the milestone.

He is doing this for the purpose of getting few credit from the funds being deposited. He will urgue that a certain percentage must be refunded whereas he didn't even start a job.

I think he knows that to get a refund might be challenging and stressful.

I wonder why Upwork could allow such Freelancer to this platform.
