Web Developer (Python/Flask)
I gave a very comprehensive brief in the contract which included a comprehensive wireframe example of what we needed from the developer. He quoted me a price which we agreed to. He demanded a milestone payment of 50% which I reluctantly provided. He missed every deadline he committed to. He complained every time I wanted an update on the progress of the job. He failed to deliver a working application to the specification of the wireframe. He failed to give me documentation on the architecture of the application, how to deploy or access to any inline comments. I have had to seek the services of another programmer to make sense of what he has built.

My feedback about my hiring with Cesar was:
Pros:
- He's very communicative and has good availability.
- He worked for a long in a short time of schedule to complete the task.
Cons:
- Due very close deadline and pressure he didn't delivered exactly what I asked in my job, there was some inconsistency and due my deadline I can't wait for fixes from his side, he made a partial development of my task.
Final thought:
I REALLY appreciate his availability to deliver my task and work on it, but my overall is that I'm not completely happy with the solution (but I can see really good points on his work and for sure I'll be handling his solution to my task), I just need to do more work to adjust some inconsistent results over one of the requirements of my job.
