Project details

You will receive an easy-to-use ServiceNow service portal experience for your users. With your specific needs in mind, I'll configure the portal to display the links and information you deem most important for your users. The service portal you receive will be focused on requests and incidents, or with the Customer Service Management project upgrade option it will focus on the CSM Case records. It will provide your users with an elegant way to request support, see their ticket status, add comments to their tickets, link to and search for important information such as knowledge articles and available catalog items.

In the basic project offering I'll provide you with the most common portal layout and color scheme. You'll have the opportunity to revise the main portal colors and make basic layout changes.

In the standard project offering you'll also receive customized widgets more tailored to your special needs.

In the advanced project offering you'll also have the ability to choose an alternative portal layout and additional customized widgets to ensure that your portal meets your precise needs.
