Unfortunately, our server installation was damaged, the export profile and import profile were not set up correctly. the freelancer left us alone with the problem and wanted to prove that he had damaged something. the freelancer has deleted all login files with his SSH access so that we have no proof. We cannot recommend Freelancer for PIM System Akeneo, absolute disaster. We have stopped and suspended the order. upwork has helped and supported us a lot.
