Needing a startup page with some ongoing help for personal use
I question if this person is actually located in the United States or is VPN Spoofing. Her English was not native. Despite us being in the same timezone, she would "calculate our time difference". She also stated she preferred to work nights (which could be true, however, given the "time zone" questioning, not likely).
She quoted "less than 3 days" to complete work. Work was still not produced weeks later. Understandably, we had some delays moving the domain to a location of her choice, which I paid for.
She missed multiple meetings to discuss and show any completed work, and she did not communicate or respond for several days when I reached out for an explanation.
She did not post any work in diary entries.
Overall, I was charged and not provided with any content I hired her for. I am out of the additional costs incurred and I am weeks behind schedule now.
