Website Designer needed for WebFlow site.
In reflection, while Devon showed promise and eagerness, the difficulties in communication and adhering to the project scope significantly impacted the overall collaboration. Despite having all communications documented and recorded for reference, it was challenging to ensure that these were consistently followed through. This gap between documentation and action led to misunderstandings and deviations from the project's intended direction. For future projects, clearer communication, a stronger alignment with project goals from the outset, and a commitment to follow documented agreements could greatly improve outcomes.
