1. Use DevOps Starter to create a CI/CD pipeline
2. Configure access to your GitHub repo or use AzureDevOps Repo and choose a framework
3. Configure Azure DevOps and an Azure Service Connection
4. Commit changes to Reposiotry and automatically deploy them to Azure
5. Examine the Azure Pipelines CI/CD pipeline
