I had an excellent experience communicating via call with Shukur. He skillfully crafted a custom theme from a provided HTML template, ensuring that it perfectly aligned with the necessary framework and functionality for our specific website.
His expertise in plugins, theme development, and both front-end and back-end customization was highly impressive.
Even though we encountered minor issues and bugs, he was able to resolve them very quickly, working efficiently during set working hours.
While the time difference presented a challenge (Japan time vs Bangladesh time) - his comprehension of the problems explained through messages and simple screenshots of the bugs and issues eliminated any need for further explanation via call and simply just fixed everything via chat.
Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend him.
