I can fix your email issues and help you improve your email deliverability by implementing authentication protocols SPF, DKIM, DMARC & BIMI(optional). These protocols are essential to ensure that your emails are not rejected, filtered or marked as spam by the recipients' mail servers. In addition I will also enable DNSSEC & MTA-STS(optional) on your domain to prevent DNS hijacking & spoofing for not just your email but your web hosting as well. They also help to protect your domain reputation and prevent spoofing, phishing and other malicious attacks. I will also check your domain & IP addresses check in email blacklists and if found, I will file an appeal with the blacklists on your behalf after taking the appropriate steps to qualify for an appeal based on that blacklist's guidelines.
Additionally if you send newsletters or bulk cold emails for marketing and lead generation I suggest that you schedule a regular (weekly/monthly) email health check to ensure that your domain/IP address do not appear on any blacklists.
Once the backend configuration is complete, I perform email health checks through multiple 3rd party services & share the test results with you for verification.
