Create simple file upload/download Android app
very rude and incapable freelancer. constantly complained about trivial issues, was not able to work with a PSD, was not able to understand how a POST request works, was essentially asking me to debug his own app for him, and so on and so forth. worst of all, he blamed us for all of that. completely unprofessional, one of the worst experiences in 10 years on Odesk/Upwork.
